REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds: ColeDanceCreate is a very small enterprise and as such we are unable to offer refunds unless liable under standard consumer protections eg if the item is faulty or not what you ordered etc.
Please let us know immediately of any problem with your item and we will either refund or replace accordingly as soon as possible.
Please return the item unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it within 7 days. Once we receive and your return is approved we will initiate a refund or a replacement.
For issues not immediately obvious upon receipt of your order or that arise upon use don't hesitate to let us know and we will sort it out.
Where ColeDanceCreate are liable we will also refund your postage costs for returning the item.
Where an ordered item is unavailable we are happy to refund you immediately or find you an alternative.
Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return items for your own reasons, we will do our best to help you out. We can't offer refunds in such instances but we are able to offer you an exchange at our discretion - All exchanges will incur an additional $15 shipping fee for in-stock items and $40 for shoes as we do not hold shoe stock and must order in. As per our refund policy above items exchanged must be returned unmarked, unused and in original packaging with 7 days of delivery.
Where an exchange is requested due to incorrect size selection etc, we are able to exchange for you but a $40 handling fee will be applicable. This is because we hold very little in stock which means we must return incorrect items and order replacements.
Shipping costs: ColeDanceCreate will refund shipping costs incurred for returning faulty/incorrect items.
If not entitled to a refund return shipping costs to ColeDanceCreate will be the customers responsibility.
Additional handling charges may be applicable on exchanges. These charges will be applied at the discretion of ColeDanceCreate and kept to a minimum.
ColeDanceCreate aims to provide as good a service as we possibly can but sometimes we may be unable to meet our delivery expectations. This can be due to customs, supplier delays or just our bad. We apologise in advance should this happen and we will do our best to resolve as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
